Tom has developed a reputation for his true passion for looking after his clients and exceeding their expectations by delivering impressive outcomes. Tom specialises in home finance and is extremely interested in the property market. He gets a kick out of helping his clients achieve what they didn’t know was possible. He is also pretty keen on his fitness and long distance running, clocking up his first 100km ultra marathon on his 30th birthday.

Steve has built a reputation in the finance industry as someone who delivers. He prides himself on consistently helping his clients achieve their goals and Steve has the experience to see deals in ways others wouldn’t. He doesn't shy away from challenges and is passionate about continual learning, having completed a number of bachelors and his Masters in Applied Finance. Steve is a multi-ultra marathon finisher now totalling more than 5 completed 100km+ runs. He is always looking at the next one and can't wait run his first 100miler soon.

With over a decade in finance including 10 years as a mortgage broker at Union Shopper Mortgage Planners, Gilbert is dedicated to simplifying the home buying journey. He takes immense pride in delivering exceptional service, ensuring clients secure the best loan tailored to their needs and guiding them to plan for future financial decisions. Beyond mortgages, he enjoys coaching soccer, traveling, and relishes his partner's exceptional cooking By default he is the office tech manager and can often be heard explaining how to connect to the Wi-Fi or print in colour. Outside the office, Gilbert enjoys backpacking overseas and has an obsessive interest in football.

Scott is a Business Development Manager for Union Shopper Mortgage Planners and was the previous General Manager of USMP since its formation back in 2011. Scott has been in the banking and finance industry for over 40 years in a range of roles that has given him experience and knowledge across a variety of lending types. This experience allows him to provide clients with the very best service for even the most complicated finance proposals. Out of the office Scott is a passionate supporter of the Sydney Swans and the Wallabies. He is a keen squash player and likes a round of golf and enjoys a glass or two of red wine.

Asmir is an enthusiastic and energetic individual who has spent the last 10 years in various positions in the finance industry. He has developed a true passion for making his clients dreams come true through excellent service and always being available. Asmir thinks anything is possible and does not take NO for an answer.
